Oak's Stay View: a two-week calendar of rooms 101 to 204 with guest bookings, room status and nightly occupancy along the bottom.

You sold the room once. Now update it three times.

A room sells on Booking.com. Somebody has to open Expedia, then Airbnb, then the book on the desk — and until they do, the same room is still for sale in three places.

Then two guests arrive for it on the same night. You move one to a lesser room, or you send them away, and either way you pay for it in a review that stays up for years.

Oak closes that gap. One sale updates every channel automatically, and the front desk sees it the moment it happens.

What Oak does

Front desk

Everything on one screen

Check in, check out, move a room, split a folio, take a deposit. Stay View shows two weeks of the whole hotel at once, colour-coded by status, so the question "what is free on Friday?" takes a glance instead of a phone call.

Oak's rate and availability calendar, showing nightly prices and rooms available per room type.
Channel manager

Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb — one update

Change a price or close a date once, and Oak pushes it to every channel. Their bookings come straight back into Oak as reservations, with the guest, the rate plan and the amount already filled in.

Direct bookings

Your own booking page, with no commission

Every hotel on Oak gets its own booking page with its own name, photos and rates. A guest who books there pays you directly — Oak takes nothing, and neither does an OTA. Put the link in your Instagram bio and the difference is yours to keep.

The rest of the hotel

Housekeeping, night audit, restaurant and reports

Room status the housekeepers update from their own phones. A night audit that closes the day properly. A restaurant and bar POS that posts to the guest's room. And the reports your accountant asks for, with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and HaloPesa recorded as what they are.

Why Oak, and not an overseas system

The features are comparable. Everything below is not.

Swahili and English

Every screen, both languages, switched per person. Your housekeeper does not have to work in a second language.

Mobile money recorded properly

M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and HaloPesa are payment methods in Oak, not "other".

Priced in shillings

A fixed monthly figure in TZS. No dollar invoice that moves with the exchange rate.

Built here

Written in Tanzania, for how hotels here actually run — walk-ins, deposits, agents, and a book at the desk.

And when something breaks, you call Albert, and Albert answers — and if it needs someone in the room, he comes.

Pricing, published

Per hotel, per month. The plan is set by how many rooms you have.

OTA Connect — TZS 30,000 per hotel, per month

Two-way sync with Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb. Priced separately because it costs money for every hotel connected. Everything else above includes your own booking page, which carries no commission at all.

Three direct bookings a month and Oak has paid for itself. Everything after that is margin you keep.

See it running on your own hotel

Twenty minutes, on a call or in person. Bring your room list and your rates and you will see your own hotel in Oak before the end of it.
